This application is for NEW members to join His Good Treasure Kosher Food Bank.

Approved accounts will receive a login to register for pickups.

This application does not generate a Pickup ID. 

Rules & Eligibility

In order to become an Approved Food Bank Guest, you must acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
   This is a Jewish Kosher food bank. Each recipient must provide proof that they are Jewish.
2. Frequency of Packages
   We operate on a bi-weekly schedule. Each household is eligible to receive one Shabbat package every other week.
3. Registration Requirement
   Registration is required each time that you are eligible for a package. Only individuals listed on that week’s registration list will be eligible to receive a package.
4. One Registration Per Household
   Only one individual may register per household. Multiple registrations for the same household (including spouses with different last names) are not permitted, and will result in loosing access to the food bank program.
5. Package Collection & Confirmation
   Recipients must initial the registration form upon collection to confirm receipt of their package. Anyone collecting on behalf of another individual or household must initial on their behalf as well.
6. Pickup Only
   Pickup service is from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Wednesdays. We close at 5:00pm sharp, no exceptions.
7. Missed Pickups
   If you register and do not collect your package, we reserve the right to restrict your access to the food bank. Uncollected packages prevent other families from receiving assistance.
8. Schedule Changes
   Weekly pickup dates may change due to accommodate Jewish holidays. Please check registration details carefully each week.
9. No Substitutions
   The contents of our packages is carefully planned and cannot be changed. We do not offer substitutions. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions, this cannot be guaranteed.
10. Conduct
    Any abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or volunteers will not be tolerated, and will result in immediate loss of access to the food bank.
11. No Outside Food
    No outside food may be brought into the premises.
